  •  Non-customized products returned within 5 days of delivery in unused and resalable condition.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or there was an error on our part.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and downloadable items are non-refundable.

3. Initiating a Refund:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at Hello@beyondtheimpression.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos for defective or damaged items.

4. Return Process:

  • If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on returning the product.
  •  Return shipping costs for non-defective or non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Inspection and Approval:

   Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria.

   Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

6. Refund Method: Refunds are only permitted and approved by Owner. Refunds are not guaranteed. 

  • In the case of a defective or damaged item, a replacement may be offered in lieu of a refund.
